- Check the seal: sound should drop noticeably the moment it locks in.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and let them dry fully before putting them back in the case.

Why Switch 2
One purchase instead of three

Quiet, Experience and Engage
Shut the room out, keep music clear, or stay in the conversation — chosen in the moment rather than at the checkout.

Changed in your ear
The redesigned dial turns smoothly without taking the plug out, so switching does not become a small production.

For people whose day moves
Office to gig to flight. If you only ever need one setting, one of the single-mode pairs will be cheaper and simpler.

How it works
A dial that changes the channel

Good to know
The trade-off is size
A three-mode mechanism means a slightly larger body than the single-mode plugs — worth knowing if you are a side sleeper.

Getting the fit right
How to wear them
- Start with the medium tips already on the plug, and keep the other sizes to hand.
- Pull the top of your ear gently up and back — it opens the canal and makes the plug seat properly.
- Push the plug in and turn it back until the ring sits flat against your ear.
- Listen: a good seal drops the room noticeably the second it locks in. If it does not, go up a tip size.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap, dry fully, and store them in the case.
