How to fit

Pick the ear tip size that feels snug without pressure — most people need a different size per ear.
Line the plug up with your ear canal, then turn it back until it sits flush.
Check the seal: sound should drop noticeably the moment it locks in.
Rinse with lukewarm water and let them dry fully before putting them back in the case.

How it works

Selective, not total

The tuning is deliberately gentle. The aim is to lower the effort of listening in a loud room rather than to shut the room out, which is why the number here is lower than on Quiet or Dream — by design.

Fit and materials

Vented, soft, washable

Silicone tips in four sizes on a vented body. Wash them with mild soap; replace the tips when they stop holding their shape.

Getting the fit right

How to wear them

Start with the medium tips already on the plug, and keep the other sizes to hand.
Pull the top of your ear gently up and back — it opens the canal and makes the plug seat properly.
Push the plug in and turn it back until the ring sits flat against your ear.
Listen: a good seal drops the room noticeably the second it locks in. If it does not, go up a tip size.
Rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap, dry fully, and store them in the case.
