SNR is a lab-measured average. Real-world reduction depends on the fit you get.

How to fit

  1. Pick the ear tip size that feels snug without pressure — most people need a different size per ear.
  2. Line the plug up with your ear canal, then turn it back until it sits flush.
  3. Check the seal: sound should drop noticeably the moment it locks in.
  4. Rinse with lukewarm water and let them dry fully before putting them back in the case.

Made for sleep

Earplugs you can actually sleep on

Most earplugs are designed for a person sitting upright. Loop Dream was designed for a person lying on their side, with a pillow pressing against one ear and a snoring partner on the other side of the bed. That single decision changes the shape of everything.

Why Dream

Built around the side sleeper

A body that stays below the ear line

A body that stays below the ear line

The plug sits flush instead of sticking out, so the pillow presses on your ear and not on a piece of hard plastic. That is the difference between an earplug you tolerate for ten minutes and one you forget about for eight hours.

27 dB of noise reduction

27 dB of noise reduction

The strongest reduction in the range. Enough to turn a snoring partner into a distant rumble and a passing bus into nothing much at all.

A seal first, a filter second

How it works

A seal first, a filter second

Sleep earplugs have one job: close the canal. Loop Dream uses a soft, wrapped tip that expands gently against the canal wall instead of pressing outward, so the seal comes from contact rather than pressure. The 27 dB figure is a lab average — what you actually get depends almost entirely on choosing the right tip size.
Soft where it matters

Fit and materials

Soft where it matters

The tips are a foam core wrapped in silicone: the give of foam without the crumbling and the constant replacing. The body is a single moulded piece with nothing to catch on a pillowcase, and the whole thing washes under a tap.

Good to know

Not the right tool for hearing your alarm

Anything that blocks 27 dB will also blunt an alarm clock. If you need to wake to a specific sound, keep the phone on the mattress where you can feel it, or step down to Loop Quiet 2.

How to wear them

Getting the fit right

How to wear them

  1. Start with the medium tips already on the plug, and keep the other sizes to hand.
  2. Pull the top of your ear gently up and back — it opens the canal and makes the plug seat properly.
  3. Push the plug in and turn it back until the ring sits flat against your ear.
  4. Listen: a good seal drops the room noticeably the second it locks in. If it does not, go up a tip size.
  5. Rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap, dry fully, and store them in the case.
